“I came to Wendy’s restorative yoga class feeling stressed and overwhelmed. From the very beginning the gentle guidance and the use of supportive props - pillows, blankets and more - helped me fully relax and be present in the moment. The poses were carefully tailored to ease tension and encourage deep relaxation. By the end of the session, I felt wonderfully stretched, lighter, and completely at peace. I really had no idea what mindfulness was, or how it could help me before I embarked on the one to one mindfulness course with Wendy. She is understanding and helpful and I learnt so much along the way with her support and guidance. I am still thinking about, and feeling the benefits of the mindfulness and restorative yoga retreat day at Trigonos. Lisa and Wendy make a great team, and created a warm and calm environment for us to enjoy some time set out for ourselves to rest and have time to feel and just be - out in nature. A treat of a day with like minded people, lovely food and chat to come away feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle a bit of day to day life again”.
