Restorative yoga is a practice of conscious relaxation, using props in every posture to support your muscles in gentle and comfortable positions.
The focus is on opening and relaxing and not strength or flexibility. Promoting states of peaceful contemplation, abundance and well-being.

An opportunity to support yourself by learning tools and techniques from meditation, breath work, mindfulness, restorative yoga and journaling.
Help to reduce anxiety, worry, stress and feel calmer.
The first session on Wednesday 8th September at 7-8.30pm will be looking at meditation. We will be exploring mindfulness and meditation throughout the month of September.
