Breathwork

Here is a short video on breath work and how to use ‘box’ breathing to help with feelings of overwhelm or anxiety. With the recent news that we will remain in self isolation for a further three weeks, this has brought a lot of anxiety and fear to the surface of what the future may look like. It is often when we are in the future in our heads and we can not control the outcome that we feel anxious and overwhelmed, this leads to shallow breathing and can bring on panic attacks.
