My interest in wellness and coaching started around 20 years ago. Leading a busy, often stressful, life running my own business whilst bringing up my children. I decided to change my lifestyle, move to a more peaceful place and study the link between stress and illness. Over a period of time I studied humanistic psychology, Nutritional Therapy and mindfulness (to mention a few) . My learning then led me to coaching as an intervention to enable people to move forward with their lives in a more informed and positive way. Everything I have learned I have implemented in my own life allowing me real experience of how we can improve our quality of life. I had the opportunity to tap into my own inner wisdom and find my own answers to lifes challenges, and I feel honoured to be able to support people in their own process.
